"I love my coworkers and the culture, and the flexibility in hours."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The work environment here is very relaxed, so if you want a great deal of structure at your place of employment, it might not be the right job for you. Hours are flexible so you can take care of personal business (i.e. children, transportation problems), but you will be expected to get your job done. Some overtime may be required, depending on your position, but comp time is always granted and with most positions you will have the ability to work from home."

What don't you like about working at Smyth Retail Systems?

"My relationship with my boss has deteriorated and my job responsibilities have gone in a direction that I am neither comfortable with nor qualified for."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management beyond the owner/CEO of the company is in good shape (it's a very small company). Beyond that, many of the problems I have with the owner/CEO are of a personal nature."
