"Nepotism runs rampant. Abusive managers seem to despise employees. Company has no vision or direction, they just seem interested in besting anyone, staff, customers, vendors, and business partners. The abuse starts with the mean and hateful spirit of the owners and flows freely, except if you are family, then you can do no wrong. Woe to those who voice an opinion that is different from the whims of the owners, they are short lived."
