"I worked for the J.M. Smucker company for 2.5yrs. I would've liked it to be longer- however, I was based in their San Francisco office location, focused on the Pet Food Division, and made the decision to close our office to move all to their Orrville, OH main HQ location. While there, I always felt respected and part of a dynamic, supportive team. We were allowed to have dogs in our office and were given perks such as "Summer and Holiday Fridays". It's a family focused company and that always came through in how they treated the employees."

"I love my current team. People here are so nice and helpful."

"Be yourself! They hired a lot based on cultural fit rather than credentials"
