"Before looking for new employees, have some money to pay your current employees"

"Wait until the company is profitable, and then jump all over it."

"Consistently worked over-time, worked with-out getting paid, was lied to about compensation."

"Hire employees with straight forward intentions, don't offer a second salary when new employee arrives, provide more feedback loops for employees."
