"I love being able to teach my knowledge to those who have a desire to learn. I love working with computers, and I love being able to control the teaching aspect in what and how I teach it."

What don't you like about working at Smooth Transition?

"The schedule is very very inconsistent, and I never know when the paycheck is coming, could be once a month up to once every three months, and its not all that worth it once I get it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep your promises to those you higher. Inform your workers of the pay frequency prior to them submitting for their first paycheck. Be sure to know what you are offering before you offer it."
