"I’ve worked for SMJ Construction LLC For a little over a year it is a Korean company it was very challenging as far as the language barrier. Overall I believe in my professional opinion that they were in over their head with jobs and not enough employees to do the volume of work that they have been given. The owner I had a great personality and was a very good speaker but when the tough guy going all he did was put his employees down and put the blame on other people which I thought was right because we are a team"
