"Be careful of selling yourself short on initial compensation. Merit increases are far a few between. If going into a sales role be conscious of the ever changing quotas which will affect your total earnings."

"The support and lack of internal communication. Lack of initiative from internal stakeholders and lack of customer concern."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I understand the challenges of managing a publicaly traded company however more focus should be put on growing the business and the health of the business rather than quarterly profit."
