"I've worked with SmithGroup for close to 2.5 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. SmithGroup prides itself on the quality and innovative nature of their designs but the leadership does an incredible job valuing and caring for their employees. Different examples of this care can be seen through 14 to 15 Fridays we have off per year, monthly informal office gatherings for getting to know each other, and an overall prioritization of a work life balance. SmithGroup has 14 offices in the US and one in Shanghai."
