"Believe in and focus on the people that will be using and purchasing your products. Then design these products around them... the money will come after that, so don't focus on the money."

"Upper management has no clue how to develop software or manage an engineers."

"Start rewarding your engineers who are trying to modernize your development practices rather than laying them off. Get a clue about how modern software is developed."
