"I have worked at Smarty Had A Party for less than 2 years. The other employees are great - it is an easygoing workplace in regards to the people surrounding you. You will be given adequate resources to perform your job. However, job security is nearly non-existent. A number of people have been unceremoniously fired on the barest of pretexts. The compensation is average. The company does not address major issues, but will spend dozens of hours revising the dress code multiple times."
