"I would find another company if I were you."

What don't you like about working at Smartronix?

"The Management has not been able to ensure that the customers are happy. Which equals to less work for the employees and loss of contracts. Completely unstable work environment. The pay is not adequate for the work involved (and no I was NOT fired I left)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to work on its competency regarding the customers needs. Not allowing valuable members to succeed is not the answer. You do not feel the need to allow your employees to feel that they are supported, then you will hemorrhage people (which is what is and has been happening to you). Of course the good ole boy club doesn't help either. Don't expect a raise until you can get in with the boys"
