All the clients that do business with smartpath are generally highly unintelligent. It is very comparable to the same clientele you would see at a Cash Advance place. It seems like most people they hire are already unemployed and have no relevant experience. I think Cait use to work at sales in a hotel and now is a financial coach. From SmartPath's perspective I guess beggars can't be choosers. They are looking for "yes sir" type people who do not have an opinion about anything. Feedback is invited but ignored. Any feedback that contradicts Alok will be meet with severe consequences. Keep your opinion to yourself and don't express any intelligence that can challenge senior leadership and you should be okay. Most people here have a side job to help meet ends meet. They will lie to you about tons of promises. Make sure to get Everything in writing. Don't come here unless you are willing to suffer. My opinion is that this company No integrity at all No ethics If you like a highly political environment where there is no room for feedback come here This company has been around for 10 years and it still a startup and has just recently gotten 2+ million in funding what a joke When you have a reputation for dishonesty and failing like Alok no investor is comfortable giving you money They constantly will insult corporate partners and talk negatively behind there backs SmartPath can be considered the equivalent of working at a Payday Loan company. Seriously, Wells Fargo will probably have a better ethics score."
