"I had amazing, helpful, and hardworking coworkers but they were all in Chicago while I was in Seattle. That was honestly the biggest challenge; for the majority of my time I was alone. I had a lot of control over my workflow and I still had amazing support from management, but it was from a distance. On busy days when I had client meetings and candidate interviews, there was no one to back me up by answering the phone or respond to emails. Doing it all was fun and rewarding, but additional in person admin support would have been a huge help in making a good job great."
