"Barely any training or proper advice. The majority of what I had to learn came from Co-workers and not my own supervisor. Poor management and was given unfair deadlines with no overtime on plenty of occasions. Didn't put me in the union despite it being well over 6 months. It was hard having a good productive relationship."
