What do you like about working at Strategic Market Alliance?
"All the people help each other. The service manager There was great He was mechanic so if you ran in to a problem He can help you with it. All the mechanic work that way. We help each other before we let a machine out one other look over see if you miss anything. I started out as mechanic the shop forman then Service mangar"

What don't you like about working at Strategic Market Alliance?
"After moving the shop to Santa Paula the closed down we was heavy construction not agriculture company plus the place that they was renting we was two bays. We had 8 bays shop at the old place."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They try to makes us like Cat which we was not. We was better then they was. Work as a unit. They hire people from Cat that try to make like their old place. It was working great we was beat Cat in every way . Service ,parts, customer service."
