"I love being a slot technician in a casino. Every day I encountered a new kind of slot problem. I have now my own way to solve them to further the time consumed for the guest to continue their game play. We have the attitude of greeting the guest, interact with them, listen to them and appreciate them. The only regret that I have is the area of working in a smoking floor all the time."

What do you like about working at Ho-Chunk Nation?
"I pretty much have freedom to do my job without my supervisor breathing down my neck."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Being a native gives you approximately 50% better chance of obtaining a job/position. This is not a insult but a fact that they have openly admitted as it is a native run casino."
What don't you like about working at Ho-Chunk Nation?
"Since the changes to the department structure, I spend most of my time walking around the casino floor, helping patrons as they need it. Hardly what I would consider being a technician."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Revert changes and stop trying to fix what isn't broken."

"be friendly. ask about thing you not sure of smile."

"nothing I didnt like about the company just did my job till my shift was over."

"pay more attion to some people that need some help."
