"Once you are hired as a consultant/contractor with SLAIT Consulting, they almost disappear from existence! You feel as if you are working for yourself, until the direct deposit hits your bank account. You have no support, there is no team environment, supervisors are terrible, the supervisors do not 'check-in' with you to see how things are going, they just drop the ball on managing. This place sucks! As long as they can bill their client $100 an hour while you make $40 they are happy."
