"1.Barely any room for growth. Raises are not good, and the longer you stay the worse it gets 2.No integrity. Team leads like to misrepresent data and FORCE the whole team to follow. Cheating is acquiesced by the managers to get credits from the product team 3.Rude and insulting behavior is ok and ignored. Very high turnover rate, including both this site and other sites who work with this team 4.Always under pressure and micromanaged Before changing the sad culture, it’s not wise to hire more people for this team. People come and go, which hurts both employer and employee. The attrition issue potentially adds risks of leaking intellectual property to the competitors, which is not good for the company in the long term."
"A highly competitive and peaceful setting."
"I've worked for Skyworks for 2 years and have enjoyed my time. If you show a drive to learn and grow, there will be rewards for you within the company. The frustrating part is there is no clear sign when you may experience those rewards. So if you are okay with being patient and diligent you'll succeed here."
"A good company but less chances of advancement"
"It's a good company to work for overall."
"I've worked for Skyworks Solutions for about 5 years. It's very fast-paced work with a good work-life balance. Sometimes it's hard to get help on projects since everyone has their plate full. But when they make products they really knock things out of the park."
"Good place to work, respectful workplace environment."
"I have worked for Skyworks for about 8 years, this is a great place to learn, but if you want to grow up and use high-tech tool for developing, this is not the place, they are very shy regarding the new released version of dev tools and new technology, they prefer to wait for the most out site developer to use the new tools."
"I have worked in Skyworks for the last 8 years. This is a great company to start working after finishing school, but when you get skilled is time to move ti a company that have more challenges for you."
