"The organization helps persons with disabilities find employment, housing and financial management. Located in Washington, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming, their clients are mainly U.S. Air Force bases via AbilityOne contracts. Great mission. Overall was a good place to work but not without issues. Upper management micromanaged and imposed unrealistic goals given the budget and staffing limitations. Supervisor had little knowledge or interest in the departments they oversaw. Would not work there again."
