"European based structure and mentality with a slant towards socialism than capitalism. Want people to just get along and not push the system."

"Management heavy in division with weak proces and transactional strucure. Customer needs are meet with a slow sense of urgency."

"Build processes to reduce waste in doing business with customers. Avoid throwing people at problems. Solve problems. Addres quality issues."

"There is a high degree of autonomy given tot he managers to get the job done."

"Realize that working for an international company requires patience and a willingness to make concessions tot he betterment of the whole organization even though at the division level this may be difficult to grasp."

"It is a multinational organization based in Sweden, so it often takes a while to get approval for actions."

"Continue doing what you are doing, it is an excellent company to work for."

"Dealing with rude/mean customers, which was not very often."

"None, really but to be sure they hire someone that knows how to work with this his team & knows what he is doing."
