"Pretty standard poker faced talking heads; don't waste your personality if you have one. If you've never worked with Ctrix, find a resource before your interview."

What don't you like about working at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom?

"Almost everything. The culture is stifling unless you are part of a clique; middle management is patronizing and plays favorites and upper management doesn't care. More than a few people in management roles should not be in them. Management only interested in innovative ideas if THEY think of them, which is rare."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should show more real respect for their employees. Forcing staff to socialize at team building lunches and office parties is insulting and does not qualify as respect. Management should foster more collaborative, rather than competitive assignments."
