"You need to be a self starter and willing to go after what is needed."

"Complete and utter lack of support from what is supposed to be our Command and Control leadership."

"The physicians trusted me implicity, both as their manager and to oversee their coding. I developed long-lasting friendships with both my colleagues and physicians."

"At that time this was a new company and they were having growing pains. There was a lot of jockeying for positions and it meant that staff upheaval at the corp. level changed a lot during the first eighteen months, which was a bit unnerving."

"Small staff at the company HQ. Poor communication between the company HQ and deployed staff. A company that promises and do not deliver."
