"When the company moved to London they left all my Visa sponsors behind and did not take care of them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My recommended strategy for the foreigners. Bringing them to America and then just leaving them here was a struggle to find them new sponsors. It would of been nice if they had a choice to go back to their home country."
