"SimuStream developed a ground-breaking platform to enable eCommerce companies to create shoppable videos, without redirection from their video content. There is a strong COO and CTO in place, however, the CEO is extremely inexperienced in business and is controlling the funding, which he has mismanaged. The entire Board of Directors is trying to remove the CEO to have someone qualified to run the company, but the CEO is invoking his majority interest voting stake and refuses to step aside. The company is completely stalled and now a toxic environment, with funding on hold and unable to pay employees. It’s a shame for the potential of the tech."
