"I have been at Simple Global for almost two years now and found that the company itself provided me many opportunities to work outside of my job description and increase my knowledge in various areas of the e-commerce fulfillment business. I feel like I am one of the key employees at the company currently and hold a lot of positive influence and leadership in the work that is done and the future projects we seek to complete. Overall, the only feedback I could provide for the company that would be considered criticism, is the lack of direction and structure in the way the company is ran. While there were many things I wish I could improve, some things were not allowed to be touched which made it difficult to move forward as a company."
