What do you like about working at Signature Press?

"It origianlly was my company and since I spent more time there than at home, it became home until I sold it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes, don't place your trust in young people because they are talented. Remember older people have the experience and the knowledge, they are usually harder workers and do not have to run home to their children. They are more responsible and they know what they know what they are doing."

What don't you like about working at Signature Press?

"At the end, I lost my say in the business and it went down the drain."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work together. See what others have to say.Just because they make less than you, it doesn't mean they do not have a talent. Also, you have to trust your instincts. Your first impression and idea is usually right if you are good."
