"Be aware that you must be flexible enough to be able to change your plans on a daily basis without more of an advanced warning than when you show up to work. Be able to accept the competition that should not but does exsist between shifts and the messes that are left for each."

"The lack of communication between managers and also between employees of departments."

"Take suggestions from knowledgeable experienced employees that have been on sight over those of consultants who have to ask the questions of the experienced employees to begin with."
