"I started off as a contractor for Xorail earning $55,000 for the first 9 months, just below what a signal engineer should be earning in this field. When the company offered me a full time position, they offered me a full time annual salary at $50,000. After trying to negotiate at better salary they let me know that there would be no negotiation for a better salary and that I could take it or leave it. For over a year they have failed to renegotiate a better salary."
