"They overall are a good company to work for if you are trying to do school or have other jobs at night. But they are very demanding but show no gratitude or appreciation for anything you do because they think that they know everything"

"No room for growth, no raise opportunities, no benefits, treated like a child"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try to open up and understand people and learn how to train people and further your own education"
