Regional Sales Representative

"I have over 18 years of experience; I am a natural born sales professional."

What do you like about working at Sign Productions?

"The level of success I achieved was in my court. I had the ability to call on any customer I felt would be a great prospect."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It was a challenge to develop repeat business but once you established your reputation, it was amazing how business took off!!"

What don't you like about working at Sign Productions?

"(I left Sign Productions in 2005). I had great success in building regional / multi-state relationships at this company. I left because our production facility could not keep up with the volume of monuments, pylons, digital sign displays I (and other reps) was selling. This eventually capped my growth opportunity and customer deadlines were missed. If a customer is counting on a $150,000 sign package to be installed for their grand opening... we'd better make sure we can deliver."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They needed to decide on expanding their business or recognize their limits. They eventually built a larger facility (1-1/2 years ago)."
