"Do not; you more than likely will be miserable because the corporate culture is directed by the CFO who is a woman that is a controlling type and has no life."

What don't you like about working at Sigmund Cohn?

"Management is indifferent to your input, expertise and you need to be a yes man or woman. The company is on the decline; has union problems; layoffs if U say something correct and true. They are on a 4 day work week. Company will not do anything that will stimulate revenue growth. If U have a family; all medical is paid by U. No bonuses or salary increases."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to be fired! Incompetent and do not know how to manage people effectively. The moral at the company is poor and hopeless. Employees are miserable!"
