"getting the job doesn't grantee long employment with the company, as I mentioned the company is very organized, all the projects are well planned, and the evaluation is frequent. you have to live-up to your expertise mentioned in your resume and manage to accomplish your tasks on time."

What don't you like about working at Sigma Group?

"my project manager was the highest rank employee I had access to! I never had a meeting (group meeting) with any higher ranked manager"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Occasional meetings with the higher management will make the employee feel more secured and more connected to the company, we the developers had great faith in our project manager, however we had some feeling that no one else knows about us! We used to receive constant feedback from the project manager, but still we felt we are missing something"
