"The technology: Routers getting WAN connection using cellular networks. Mobile-routers giving WiFi-LAN connections to users in train/bus etc. Routers made by this company involved in public safety."

"Be ready to accept and work with last minutes changed decisions."

What don't you like about working at Sierra Wireless?

"Some last minute decisions just before release which may push the release dates behind... customers are given temporary eng builds before release which increases support overhead."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take a little more time deciding about features to be delivered to customer for a release and once decision is made stick to that. making more eng.builds for customers increases support overhead."
