"The teams were truly collaborative. All members of the team contributed equally to ensure a quality delivery to our clients."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Sierra Systems is a very professional company. While they may boast a relaxed dress code while in the office for example, presentation to their clients is the core of their business. They need to be able to see the professional that you will bring to their client projects."

What don't you like about working at Sierra Systems?

"The organizational structure at Sierra was very flat which is nice because you have direct access to all levels of the organization. However, with only 3 levels of hierarchy and stable client base, it becomes very difficult to advance to next due to lack of opportunity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The main branch is in Canada and there is little interaction company wide under the executive level. It would be nice to feel more a part of the company at large rather than just the satellite office."
