"I've worked for this smaller family business in Venice Beach for 7 years. Over the last two years long time employees (here for 20+ years) and the owner/CEO have really started to clash over multiple things. There is no office moral and those that have spent most of their life here feel like their loyalty doesn't mean anything anymore. I have a good relationship with everyone, but it's time to move on. There's no room to grow."
