"I've been with Sidel Canada Inc for over 3 years now, their primary focus is on industrial manufacturing production lines, and engineering. Working specifically for their EIT software division HQ located in Montreal, the overall corporate image and people engagement is quiet high, definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a great environment, travel opportunities, and world-wide presence in the Packaging Industry."

"Doesn't recommend. Negative outlook. I worked at Sidel full-time (less than a year). Pros: A good company - pure gossip. Cons: In education system we call engineer who is done some technical degree. But they say who can turn a screw driver good or even work in mechanic shed. Then why call a guy with B.Tech. Give training, identity - people can do wonders. Some FSE's are people who work as an operator for their machines in their customer companies. They treated me like which cannot put in words. Even Zonal managers are not working in taking some decisions, work to company. They think about survival as if they are stranded. Even when I spoke to SEAP zonal person he always pointed around survival ( I think company is unable to sustain in the Global world, maybe the ship is sinking). SEAP zonal person always gives me lecture about rules and safety but people in the site (work area) don't follow him. I think, why is he present. When I raised my voice, I was taken care by them so nicely. Even one FSE tried to caught my neck. I even escalated to my planer and manager, But they supported him. I tell no security in the organization. I even don't have identity (means at least a TEMP ID card - I was stopped in airports for not showing the company ID, as I showed him my personal ID). This even my site manager knows because he is travelling with me). They took my proofs for opening a salary account (I gave all my proof and filled the form with bank rep but I took salary to my personal account). HR took induction to employees but failed to the ground level. I tried the most possible to help me and support me, but I was targeted and pointed even for their mistakes. When I left I was not given passport by hand (I don't know what HR done with it). When tried hard I got it. Unable to support them and left the company. If above all is changed to good, anyone (even me) can be in it and grow and be valuable addition to the firm."
