"I have been with this company in numerous capacities since it's inception in 1995. There have been ups and downs but being a family business that is to be expected. I started as CIO and eventually moved to my current position which afforded me the flexibility to explore other opportunities.Small company with wonderful management. But as the owners have retired the company has all but gone dark. In this economy I am of the mind to work for someone else rather than take the reins."
