"You will likely be lied to and lured in to the position. Once you start who knows what the job will really be like."

What don't you like about working at Shumate Mechanical?

"There was no order to anything. People were put in positions that they in no way qualified for. In other words experienced IT personnel reported to someone who only knew about HVAC work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create a system to qualify people for their position. Or outsource your entire IT department... that works too."
