"I worked for Shultz Steel. The company's business is strong. The pay was decent. They paid bonuses. However the environment was hot, steamy, and very hazardous. Work shifts were 6 days a week and often extended into the very late hours. Twelve hour days were the norm. The company management was rude, pushy and intimidating. I would not recommend this company to anyone."
"I've worked for Shultz Steel for quite some time and it was a very fantastic oppurtunity for me to learn some dynamic manufacturing processes I would not have learned from a traditional learning facility. I've found it to be a strong company with good ethical values and an emphasis on customer service. The company employees more than 200 people and is a very large plant that believes in cross training it's elpmyoees as well as hiring from within."
