Showroom Logic Employee

"I've worked for the company for about a year, and while they certainly innovate and offer great consultation, there needs to be some major improvements with employee morale and expectation setting. Since we work primarily in the automotive industry, car salesmen are the roughest people to work with, and the company will always side with the customer when things are not seen going their way. Also, most of the problems that arise are due to trying to innovate too much."
