Unfortunately, the senior management lost focus on the goal and became tactile and abandoned the strategy that was to make the company/solution unique. It quickly began doing the same things they've always done but hoped for different results. The opportunity was great, the lack of focus, execution, and commitment has significantly impacted the bottom line and customer experience."
