You will be asked to work at this studio as though you own it. This may well be fine if it were not for the lack of appropriate payment - administrative staff receives $15 an hour without any benefits. The same you'd get as a part-time retail sales associate at a department store, or bagging groceries at Whole Foods, except with much more responsibility and less flexibility in hours.
