"I have worked for Shoregroup for 4 yrs. At best the company has a volatile nature. A ton of ego and finger pointing. The pay is okay, and they let you work from home... all pluses. Documentation is lacking, Customer expectations are rarely communicated properly. Salary is on par with industry standards though."

What don't you like about working at ShoreGroup?

"The internal politics which seem to create a reality distortion field. Poor performance by management is spun to be good performance even if the metrics and customer feedback indicates otherwise. Management pretends to know it's job instead of listening to those who indeed know how to do the job, and this behavior is supported."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be very honest with myself in analyzing all parts of the company performance and culture regardless of who it affects. Only garner honest information, data and opinions."
