"I have worked at Shopatron for 2 years and there is a wide swing of happiness here. Everyone's experience depends on your direct boss. Some teams are great and work together well while others are directed by management that have not much experience outside of this company. Stubbornness and lack of communication are highly encouraged. Not many "tech" jobs in this area of the state and I wouldn't consider Shopatron a tech company. If you like old political types of companies, Shopatron is it."
