"I enjoy the mental aspect of this position, which has more accounting than one would assume. I strongly am opposed to taking on more work like loss prevention and visuals, without a pay increase because the company cut these positions. There are unqualified managers that are making 90k a year and here we are doing their job and struggling pay to pay."
