"Be informed this is a debt collection company and no matter what position you hold you will do collections and deal with the debtors. The company is supposed to follow FDCPA guidelines but the Partners do advise the collectors to lie and threaten the debtors daily, I sit and and listen to them do it all the time or hear the collectors lying and the partners say nothing to them. The pay is horrible, they start under $13 an hour and even people who have been there 3 to 4 years are still under $15. I have 2 weeks left before I start a new job, just wish I never started and wasted my time because being a debt collector gets you no points for experience when trying to find another legal job; it is like starting over right out of school."
