"Good advancement up to the supervisor level. Good and flexible hours. Good pay. Upper management care about the employees."
What don't you like about working at Southern Gardens Citrus?
"Very hard to discipline bad employees due to Human Resources. Have to hire the most senior person even though they are not qualified for the job. Job security. Need a college degree to be a manager."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Look at qualified candidate even if they don't have a college degree. Need to look at bad employees closely since they are costing the company alot of money."
