"We are a family, and work together very well and help each other to get the job done. Even though we are all working a job of at least 2 people, The camaraderie is wonderful."

What don't you like about working at Shift Calendars?
"I believe in positive reinforsement within a company. The productivity increases immensely. Acknowledgement is just as important as something tangible. This company does not appreciate the employees it has. That is the only thing I don't like about working here."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest to management, adding some positive reinforsement would bring productivity up ten fold. Incentives and even just acknowledgement go a long way. Even without the above, the crew that works here have a great working relationship and work well together."
