"My employment with Sheltair started off well. I was working with a great team that got along and helped each other out whenever anyone needed a hand. However, after multiple negative interactions with a new manager that started, I escalated my concerns through the chain of command. I was assured each time that I documented a new incident that it would be taken care of and it would not happen again. There is a lot of hypocrisy within management and not a lot of follow through. A HUGE concern is the fact that my manager changes my timesheet almost every week without any type of communication about the changes. I am an hourly employee yet my timesheet is treated as though I am salary because all OT is removed. There are some FANTASTIC people with great hearts in this company and unfortunately the bad apples are ruining the entire bunch."
