"I love the people and generally the atmosphere. There are lots of opportunities to come up with solutions and make big programs."

"Make sure you get whatever they promise you in writing. They have great people working at Shelf Reliance and that is the reason they are still in business."
What don't you like about working at Shelf Reliance?
"I was hired with the promise of opportunities to grow into new positions, but they hire from the outside for every position. Also the benefits are abysmal."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management over the team is excellent, but upper management and middle management seem to be on a different page sometimes. Upper management likes to have control over all big decisions (no problem with that) but sometimes that doesn't feel communicated well."
